The Opportunity
The role of a Junior Graphic Designer is a Full-Time, Work-From-Anywhere job, where you will be directly working with our clients and will support them with amazing graphics.
Responsibilities:
1.Create & timely deliver quality designs based on the clients’ brief. Be ego-free (that’s what we do here) and do what is best for the client.
2.To maintain Quality - Focus on accuracy and pay attention to detail. You need to understand the client’s request in-depth and make sure that your output is in line with the brief.
3.Observe and learn - Understand the brand you are working for and the taste of the client.
4.Coordinate with the founders or your supervisors to help strategize and strengthen the current work process and quality norms
5. Communicate with the assigned clients via email, troubleshoot issues independently
You need to be available Full-Time following the regular work schedule.
Qualification/Skill set:
1.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (preferably in fields related to graphic design and animation)
2.Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) & MS PowerPoint.
3.Minimum relevant experience of 1-2 years
