We are seeking a talented Visual Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing creative visuals & brand collaterals, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Conduct user research and analyze brand needs and requirements.

• Design graphics and marketing assets for digital marketing.

• Create visual presentations and branding collateral.

• Collaborate with industrial design team to develop graphics for products.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications that are consistent with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are technically possible and aligned with business goals.

• Perform concept testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, design tools, and technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Visual communication, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in Visual design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, Corel draw, Figma, XD, and Motion graphics in After Effects is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing Graphic design - branding, strategy, and UX/UI design projects.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND LOCATION

• On site, Pune, Maharashtra

• Occasional travel may be required for research and team meetings.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• 65,000 - 70,000 INR / month, based on profile.
