Shunya.1 is hiring Mid and Senior Graphic designers & branding experts who can tell stories through art and motion graphics. As a Graphic designer you will be working closely with the Marketing & Creative Team to chalk out visual narratives for Shunya.1’s Communications - on the App, Website & Ads.

• You have prior knowledge in the field of design, and using design softwares

• You can work within a team and push creative boundaries through our communications platforms - website, app & ads.

• You love exploring new type designs, motion graphics branding/re-branding & creating new design templates for the same

Type: Hybrid (Remote + In Office)

Location: Bangalore (We accept applications out of Bangalore too)

Compensation: Industry Standard

Experience Level: Intermediates (1+ year of experience)

Joining Date: Immediate, Next 30 days

Normal Work Timings: Mon-Sat, 10am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ideating with the social and content team to execute the content calendar through our marketing platforms.

2. Being on top of trends in the content world - understanding the nuances of platforms like YouTube and Instagram

3. Creating ‘sexy’ ad designs that are relevant for all audiences on Instagram

4. Working closely Marketing and Leadership team to re-invent the brand grid in the competitive landscape.

5. Devising designs and illustrations that catapult content as a revenue channel

Technical Requirements:

• Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with XD, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and other UI/UX design tools.

• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and responsive design.

• Advanced skills in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. ( HTML/CSS not compulsory)

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining design consistency.

• Proficiency in version control systems for design, and familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira. (Is recommended, although not a compulsion)

• Expertise in exporting assets in various formats and understanding print production processes, while staying updated with the latest design trends and tools through continuous learning.
