We are looking for inspiring young and fresh designers who can challenge the traditional notions of design and bring a fresh perspective and experimentation at Analogy. Someone who appreciates the elegance of clean lines and perfect proportions while also possessing the ability to identify and solve design challenges. We want someone who can communicate their design vision effectively, using industry-specific terminology to articulate their ideas to clients and to internal stakeholders. Someone who has a strong point of view and is able to communicate that and resonate with our plans of becoming a global superpower in design. You will be working in a team of designers and collaborating with various stakeholders like engineers, Project managers and Business people in the studio to fulfil design objectives on the project you are assigned. So we are looking for someone who thrives under pressure and is always up for a challenge.

Requirements -

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial design, preferably in a design studio or agency

- A Strong portfolio of ambitious projects, bold ideas and a strong skill set in Idea Generation, 3D design and Visualisation is a must.

- Strong understanding of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and 3D modelling software such as SolidWorks or Rhino

- Excellent communication and presentation skills. A strong ability to create sketch renders.

- Excellent 3D surfacing and parametric modelling skills.

- Excellent Visualisation skills with an understanding of lighting environments, materials and composition.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide rapid solutions for ad-hoc client requests.
