Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design and Development: Create innovative architectural designs from concept to execution.

• 3D Modeling and Visualization: Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings using Rhino, Lumion, or other advanced rendering software.

• Design Presentation: Create visually compelling presentations using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and technical documents.

• Collaboration and Coordination: Work with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers and interior designers.

• Project Management: Ensure design quality and meet project timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum [3-5 years] of professional experience in architectural design.

• Software Proficiency Required:

• Rhinoceros (Rhino) for advanced 3D modeling.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Lumion or equivalent for high-end rendering.

• We are not looking for candidates proficient in SketchUp as a primary design tool.

• Design Portfolio: Demonstrated creativity and innovation in architectural projects.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for presentations and team collaboration.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
