Job Title: Brand & Marketing Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer who blends strategic branding with high-impact performance design to drive sales and visibility. This role requires a deep understanding of sales-driven design language, ensuring brand consistency while optimizing ad creatives, banners, and marketing materials for maximum conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design conversion-focused marketing assets, including banners, ads, email creatives, and landing pages.

• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.

• Create high-performing ad creatives tailored for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.

• Optimize visuals based on A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve sales performance.

• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to ensure designs align with sales goals.

• Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, UI/UX, and ad performance best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in brand and marketing design, preferably in e-commerce or performance marketing.

• Strong portfolio showcasing sales-driven designs and ad creatives.

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI design tools.

• Understanding of digital sales psychology and platform-specific creative strategies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and adapt designs based on insights.

Preferred:

• Experience with direct-response marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Familiarity with motion graphics/video editing for ad creatives.
