We're seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to nurture our growing community of players of Shasn the board game, and expand our presence across India. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community building, event management, and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and moderate our WhatsApp community, ensuring timely responses to member queries and maintaining engaging group discussions

- Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events, including monthly gaming sessions across major Indian cities

- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with venues, gaming companies, and event sponsors

- Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, and other platforms

- Design content calendars and manage regular content publication to drive community engagement

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in community management or related field

- Proven track record in event planning and execution

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel within India for events

- Experience with gaming communities is a plus

- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is beneficial
