The candidate shall be responsible for understanding client requirements, processing briefs, actively participating in strategy and consultation sessions, and contributing with graphic design, creative visualization, and media development to create the brand’s communication for various touchpoints.

• Working with Grapdes and its clients and/or business partners to understand client requirements, processing briefs, actively participating in ideation, brainstorming, consultation sessions, communicating with clients and contributing with graphic design, creative visualization, media development to create the brand’s communication for various touchpoints for use/sale by Grapdes.

• Create appealing designs, concepts, and layouts based on the brand strategy, design thinking and lay outing principles and aesthetics.

• You will also be responsible to develop/provide value-added, creative strategies and presentations for client pitches and project work.

• Leading and managing the Creative Associates & Creative Interns to ensure proper execution of work and establish synergy between teams. You will be responsible to coordinate with the Project Management Officers to discuss the project requirements and develop timelines for effective delegation and monitoring of the task list of team members to ensure proper, timely completion and error-free execution of work.

• Advising the team in developing copy ideas and social media captions for any use in any of the creatives designed.

• Working with a wide range of media software and emerging technologies including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Instagram Reels, etc.
