Job Title: Creative Director - Creative Agency

Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the artistic direction of our projects. As a Creative Director, you will oversee concept development, guide brand storytelling, and ensure all visual and creative content aligns with our clients’ objectives. This role requires a leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong creative vision to elevate brand experiences across various channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Creative Vision: Develop and execute the overarching creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standards.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

3. Brand Strategy & Storytelling: Partner with the strategy team to shape brand narratives, ensuring messaging consistency and creative excellence across all channels.

4. Project Oversight: Oversee the development of all creative content, including advertising campaigns, digital and social media assets, video production, and print materials.

5. Client Collaboration: Act as the primary creative liaison with clients, presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.

6.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for visual design, copy, and content, ensuring every project meets quality benchmarks and deadlines.

7. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive insights to continuously elevate the agency’s creative approach.

Eligibility:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various industries and media.

4. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing and content creation.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to inspire creativity and innovation within a team.
