Job Description: Design Process Champion

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Design Process Champion to join our team and drive the development and implementation of efficient and effective design processes. As a Design Process Champion, you'll be responsible for defining, documenting, and optimizing our design workflows to streamline collaboration, improve decision-making, and increase overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and assess existing design processes to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement a comprehensive design process framework that aligns with our business goals and team needs.

Create clear and concise documentation of design processes, including guidelines, templates, and best practices.

Educate and train team members on the new design process, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Facilitate collaboration and communication between design teams and other stakeholders.

Track and measure the effectiveness of the design process, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in design process management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master degree in design, Strategic Design management etc

Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies.

Experience in developing and implementing design processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for improving efficiency and effectiveness in design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Experience with design software and tools.
