Our focus is on creating high-quality, trend-driven, and sustainable T-shirts that resonate with global customers. We aim to combine elegance, comfort, and cutting-edge design to establish a strong presence in the premium apparel industry.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer who can work with us end-to-end in designing and launching our first collection. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of premium fashion, global market trends, and the ability to transform ideas into tangible designs.

Design Conceptualization:

• Develop creative and unique T-shirt designs that align with our brand’s premium positioning.

• Conduct market research to understand trends and preferences in the US, UK, Canada, and Indian markets.

Fabric and Material Selection:

• Recommend high-quality and sustainable fabrics suitable for premium T-shirts.

• Ensure fabric choices align with the brand’s aesthetic and durability standards.

Tech Pack Creation:

• Create detailed technical design packs, including specifications, measurements, and print/embroidery details, for manufacturers.

Collaboration with Manufacturers:

• Assist in shortlisting and collaborating with production partners.

• Review samples and make design adjustments to ensure perfection.

Branding Support:

• Contribute to logo design, color palettes, and overall brand aesthetics.

• Work with the marketing team to create visuals for product launches.

Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated on global fashion trends, sustainability practices, and competitor offerings to maintain relevance.
