Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of visual concepts for print, digital, and social media.

• Develop creative strategies and deliver high-quality design solutions.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams on cross-functional projects.

• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc) and other design tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced design work across various mediums.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.

• Strong understanding of design trends and innovations.
