Job Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.

• Create marketing collaterals such as social media posts, banners, email templates, brochures, and advertisements.

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to design assets that support campaigns and promotions.

• Design UI/UX elements for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms as needed.

• Edit and enhance images, videos, and multimedia content to support marketing strategies.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

• Work with external vendors or printers to ensure high-quality production of print materials.

• Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs for optimal impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 0-2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and branding.

• Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.

• Ability to work creatively within brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, digital, and print projects.
