Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop innovative consumer tech and household products by solving design issues and researching user needs.

2. Investigate appropriate materials and production processes for product development.

3. Create product sketches, sample designs, and prototypes.

4. Test product designs using CAD software and other design technologies.

5. Collaborate with engineers, manufacturers, and marketing teams to meet functional requirements.

6. Focus on production feasibility, cost constraints, and aesthetic appeal during the design process.

7. Contribute to branding efforts, including designing visuals for marketing and brand identity.

8. Work closely with the marketing team on brand communication and social media strategies.

9. Provide 3D rendering and animation support for product visualization.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience in product design, development, and prototyping, preferably in consumer tech or household products.

2. Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools for product testing and development.

3. Experience with materials selection and production processes for manufacturing feasibility.

4. Strong creative skills with a focus on aesthetic appeal, functionality, and user needs.

5. Experience in 3D rendering, animation, and CGI/VFX for product visualization.

6. Knowledge of branding, marketing, and design for brand identity creation.

7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineers, manufacturers, marketing).

8. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams to execute product concepts.

9. Understanding of cost constraints and production feasibility in design.

10. A portfolio showcasing product design and branding work is preferred.
