Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lead Graphic Designer at Taleworthy. We are looking for a passionate visual storyteller with 2-3 years of experience, who will be responsible for overseeing, producing and managing all graphics for our clients social media, digital and print needs, creating and executing design concepts, producing visual materials for various platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. This role is located in Gurugram, with flexibility for remote work.

Skills Needed

• You have a strong design process that begins with understanding the brief, understanding the audience and includes visual referencing / moodboarding.

• You are a pro at executing logo designs, brand identity projects, social media graphics, reel covers, carousels, digital banners, presentations, digital publications, performance ads etc

• You love ideation and can bring campaign concepts to life visually for new pitches and brand campaigns

• You have proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.

• If you love doodling, illustration or are a procreate pro - we'd love for you to share your skills

• If you like playing around with AI tools like Midjourney etc, we want to know more.

• You have a passion for design and love learning about color theory, composition, and layout principles

• You have strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities

• You're a superb communicator and can share your ideas, discuss new concepts and challenge design expectations

• You have strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
