MASH Impact is seeking a passionate Senior Associate, Graphic Design to support our communications team and help us amplify our impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative concepts for various media, including digital and print materials, websites, social media graphics, presentation decks, etc.

• Contribute to the design process from initial concept to final deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and high-quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce cohesive visuals with consistent brand representation.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions by bringing unique ideas to enhance design projects across static and video formats.

• Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices, actively learning and adapting to expand creative and technical skills.

• Integrate feedback constructively and work to improve designs to maintain consistency across all deliverables.

• Manage multiple tasks and timelines and adapt to project priorities within a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing strong fundamentals in static design work (video editing skills is a plus)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)

• Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual design principles.

• Strong attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and incorporate feedback efficiently.

• Knowledge of communication design principles and an interest in sustainable development goals (SDGs) is a plus.

Location

The candidate will be required to work from our Gurugram office on a hybrid basis.
