Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility:

The Sr. designers will be responsible for Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interaction patterns. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.

Essential Functions:

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or related field.

Proven experience 4-8 years as a UX designer, with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey design concepts and rationale effectively.

Strong project management abilities, including experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.

Previous experience in the technology industry and working with B2B products is preferred.

Ability to visualise and tell compelling stories through design is a significant advantage.
