Job Role: Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Valyouu Digital is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who is creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in managing social media accounts to drive client success. The Social Media Manager will handle day-to-day account management, industry research, and serve as the main point of contact for clients. This role demands strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of social media strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Account Management: Manage and maintain assigned social media accounts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging presence.

2. Industry Research: Conduct thorough research related to the client’s industry to stay updated with trends and apply them effectively.

3. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal team, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.

4. Project Coordination: Oversee all activities related to the assigned account, ensuring efficient task management and timely deliverables.

5. Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple departments within the company to streamline workflows and meet deadlines.

6. Platform Proficiency: Possess an in-depth understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing tools.

7. Trend Awareness: Keep up with social media trends, utilizing them effectively to enhance engagement and brand presence.

8. Quick Execution: Identify and swiftly execute relevant trends, adapting them to align with client goals and audience preferences.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably within a digital or creative agency.

3. Strong knowledge of social media management tools and platform-specific best practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, with strong time management and multitasking skills.

5. Proficiency in analytics and reporting, with a data-driven approach to social media strategy.

6. Creative mindset with an eye for design, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
