Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and innovative Soft Toy Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing unique soft toy products that cater to different age groups and consumer preferences. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, excellent attention to detail, and a good understanding of fabric and material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization & Design

• Create original and appealing soft toy designs based on market trends and customer preferences.

• Develop sketches, 3D designs, and prototypes for review and approval.

2. Material Selection & Development

• Select appropriate fabrics, fillings, and accessories to ensure durability, comfort, and safety.

• Prioritize the use of child-safe and eco-friendly materials.

3. Production Collaboration

• Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective.

• Provide clear specifications, detailed sketches, and technical drawings for manufacturing.

4. Market Research

• Stay updated on industry trends, toy market demands, and consumer preferences.

• Analyze competitor products to ensure continuous innovation and uniqueness in designs.

5. Quality Control

• Oversee prototype testing and ensure final products meet company quality standards.

Preferred Candidate:

• Male candidates with a passion for creativity and design.

• Experience in toy design, textile design, or related fields is an advantage.

• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools.

• Strong understanding of fabrics, colors, and textures in soft toy manufacturing.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
