Thunderclap is searching for a skilled and innovative product designer who can fill the senior position in the team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting intuitive and visually compelling web experiences that resonate with users and drive business success. Your Day-to-Day:

1. You Interpret and execute the strategy developed by the copywriting team, ensuring that wireframes adhere to the best UX practices by understanding market research, user pain points, and areas for improvement.

2. You will collaborate seamlessly with the design team, strategy, client teams and developers to complete any project successfully, together.

3. Participate in client meetings to present and explain your wireframes, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.

4. You should be comfortable using Figma for everything from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.

5. Adapt and scale visual designs provided by the visual design team across multiple web pages, ensuring consistency and adherence to the established stylescape.

6. Develop comprehensive style guides before creating high-fidelity screens, ensuring a smooth transition from wireframes to final design.

7. Utilize autolayout and maintain a developer-friendly layer structure to facilitate seamless handovers to the web development team.

What Makes you Stand Out:

- 4+ years of relevant work experience in UI/ UX Design

- Strong project management and client communication skills

- Previous experience in web design for B2B companies

- Skilled in Autolayout & developer-friendly structures

- Keen eye for Motion graphics & Micro interactions

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS & Webflow is a plus
