About the role

We are looking for individuals that identify themselves as creatives with a keen sense of visual harmony and effective communication. If you are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who thrives when collaborating with marketing specialists, healthcare professionals and designers, this is the right role for you. A keen interest in learning and adapting to various aspects of emerging print and digital media would be appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

• Support launch of new products from conception to market launch and upkeep the older versions through full product life cycle.

• Conceptualize via sketches, and design and develop market release documents, video, audio training aids and other marketing materials.

• Help in company's digital marketing strategies by creating and storyboarding emails, landing pages, website blogs, SEO

• Conceptualize via sketches and develop market release documents, video, audio training aids and other marketing materials.

• Support the company’s marketing endeavors by brainstorming, designing and creating relevant experiences and tools to enable seamless training and product introduction.

• Reinforce the company’s brand position by advocating for exceptional visual and content design that empathizes with users by creating deliverables that tell a compelling story.

• Collaborate with internal team members and external consultants with backgrounds in engineering, medicine, and business.

• Support company’s social media presence.

• Support in ideating and upkeep of product packaging, in tandem with R&D team.

Essential Qualifications

• B.Des. or M.Des. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication design or Product Design.

• 2+ years of visual communication or graphic design experience. (experience in medical device company preferred.)

Technical skills

• Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere pro, Indesign (Advanced level)

• Adobe XD/ Figma, AI tools (intermediate or beginner level)

• Strong visual design principles.

• Storyboarding, layout sketching and other relevant soft prototyping methods.

• Basic iphone photography and videomaking skills.

• Excellent writing, communication, and translational communication skills.

• Vendor management – for print media, website upkeep etc.
