We Are Hiring: Industrial Designer
At Welmade Locking Systems Private Limited (Europa Locks), we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of anti-theft engineering. We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Industrial Designer to join our team at our Pune facility and help shape the future of our product lineup.

📍 Role Details
Position: Industrial Designer
Location: J61 MIDC Bhosari, Pune (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years
What You Will Do
As part of our design team, you will bridge the gap between imagination and production:
Conceptualize & Visualize: Conduct market research, sketch fresh ideas, and create high-quality renderings to visualize new design concepts.
Model & Prototype: Develop detailed 2D/3D CAD models and build physical prototypes to test and evaluate functionality and usability.
Collaborate: Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) like mechanical engineers to align on shapes, ergonomics, and cost-effective manufacturing.
Document: Prepare precise design documentation, including technical drawings and specifications.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
Software Skills: Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (such as Fusion 360, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite).
Core Strengths: Strong sketching/visualization skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Mindset: A creative, adaptable mindset with excellent communication skills and a solid grasp of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques.
