Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Art Director located in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home flexibility. The Art Director will be responsible for providing creative direction, developing and overseeing branding efforts, and managing art direction projects - across digital, print, OOH, packaging and other mediums. The role includes creating graphic designs for social media, digital and mainline brand assets, developing visual identities, and collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality visual assets. Daily tasks involve brainstorming, designing, and executing visual concepts that align with the brand's identity and goals.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in graphic design in an agency

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent visual and aesthetic judgment

• A demonstrated ability to translate client briefs into powerful visuals.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

• Gen AI graphic design is a requirement for this role.
