At Cybertot, we're looking for an Assistant Manager – Creative to help build a brand that millions of parents will trust. You'll work across product, marketing, and brand, with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape how Cybertot looks, feels, and communicates.

What you'll do

• Design creatives across web, app, landing pages, emails, and digital marketing.

• Own asset delivery for social media, ensuring high-quality output delivered on time.

• Maintain and evolve Cybertot's visual identity across every touchpoint.

• Partner with Product, Growth, and Tech teams to turn ideas into compelling creative experiences.

• Build creative processes that enable speed without compromising quality.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in design and creative roles.

• Strong UI/UX skills for web and mobile.

• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design impacts growth.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environment.

• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and excellent design taste.

• Experience in consumer tech, D2C, or parenting brands is a bonus.
