The Opportunity:
We’re building the next generation of consumer brands in India, starting with two coffee-focused brands, one of which is launching this October. You’ll be working directly with me, a brand strategist, to shape how these brands look, feel, and connect with people. This role is about bringing design to life in a way that’s not only visually strong but also rooted in culture and strategy.
Your work will span across building complete visual identities, designing packaging that stands out both on shelves and online, creating flexible social media templates, and crafting merchandise like mugs, tote bags, and apparel. You’ll also be responsible for putting together brand guidelines that make sure the brands feel consistent across every touchpoint.
We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and cultural relevance. Prior experience in packaging and digital assets is important, as is the ability to translate strategic ideas into fresh, memorable visuals. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, so adaptability and initiative matter just as much as creativity. An interest in coffee and consumer culture is a bonus, but not mandatory.
This is an opportunity to create portfolio-defining work while helping shape brands from the ground up. You’ll get the space to explore, experiment, and build with creative freedom, while also working closely with a strategist to ensure the designs are meaningful and impactful. With coffee culture growing rapidly in India, this is a chance to be part of something exciting right at the start.
