We’re looking for a Brand Strategist with a strong design sensibility and hands-on experience with design tools to help build a new-age, women-led brand in the women’s hygiene space.

The brand is founded and pioneered by leading experts in the industry- The minds behind Project BAALA and this role will work closely with the founders to build the brand from the ground up.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with the founders on brand strategy and execution.

• Develop the brand book, brand guidelines, visual identity and logo.

• Conduct market, consumer and competitor research to establish the brand foundation.

• Translate strategy into a strong, cohesive visual and verbal identity.

• Work hands-on with design tools to develop and refine brand assets.

• Help shape the brand’s positioning, personality, tone of voice and overall experience.

What we’re looking for

• A hustler with a learning mindset and some experience in brand strategy, branding, design or creative strategy.

• Strong understanding of design principles and visual branding.

• Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar.

• Strong research, storytelling and strategic thinking skills.

• Someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution.

• A builder mindset — someone excited by the opportunity to create a brand from scratch.
