Brand Designer – BAYNE

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Type: Full-time (onsite)

Experience Level: Freshers to 1 year.

At BAYNE, we’re not hiring someone to just operate tools—we’re looking for someone who can think, direct, and create.

We’re building a brand with intention, simplicity, and bold ideas. Now we’re looking for a Brand Designer who can shape the visual voice of BAYNE and help it grow with consistency and creativity.

What You'll Do:

Lead and evolve the brand identity across digital and physical spaces.

Conceptualize and direct creative projects, from social to packaging.

Work closely with the team (and get full creative support + freedom).

Maintain and protect the brand’s essence while pushing fresh ideas.

What We're Looking For:

A thinker first,

A strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and visual systems.

Someone who can tell stories through design and scale a brand’s presence.

Tools - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. ( Knowledge on Sketching, 3D and videography is bonus. Its not about doing those tasks, But You will be part of them so having that knowledge is a advantage.)
