Orange Tribe is Hiring: Brand Designer!

Location: Remote

Experience: 3–5 years

Orange Tribe builds brands that don’t just look good — they perform. We’re looking for a Brand Designer who knows how to turn strategy into sharp, standout design. Someone who’s done the agency rounds, handled clients, and can lead a project from the first moodboard to the final file drop.

What you’ll do:

🔸 Lead full branding and packaging projects — from research to final delivery

🔸 Build identities that work in the real world (not just on Dribbble)

🔸 Create logos, packaging systems, and brand decks that sell the idea before you even speak

🔸 Use AI tools like MidJourney and Firefly to push creative boundaries

🔸 Work hands-on with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma

What we’re looking for:

🔸 3–5 years of branding and packaging experience (agency background is a big plus)

🔸 A portfolio with real-world, launched brand work

🔸 Strong in typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling

🔸 Confident in presenting, collaborating, and owning projects end-to-end

🔸 Proactive, fast, and detail-obsessed

The deal:

🔸 Full-time, remote

🔸 Monday–Saturday (includes a paid Work-from-Café Day for a creative reset)

🔸 Salary: Up to ₹40,000–60,000/month (based on portfolio and experience)
