Alcovia — Brand Experience Lead

Location: In-Office (Gurgaon)
Workdays: 6 days/week

Role Snapshot


Lead Alcovia’s online experience by driving end-to-end marketing strategies to accelerate brand growth, acquire customers, and foster loyalty. You’ll own brand strategy, social media, PR, digital marketing, and market research while fostering accountability and innovation.


What You Will Do


Brand Strategy & Product Positioning

  • Lead brand strategy for Alcovia and its product portfolio, ensuring cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Ideate and execute advertising campaigns that resonate with teens, parents, and mentors.

Social Media & Thought Leadership

  • Own social media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.) from content ideation to performance tracking.

  • Position Alcovia and its team (“Alcovians”) as thought leaders via curated content, podcasts, and media outreach.

PR & Media Relations

  • Lead PR efforts, securing media coverage and managing podcast appearances.

  • Build strong relationships with journalists and influencers.

  • Craft compelling narratives to amplify Alcovia’s mission.

Personal Branding for Alcovians

  • Create a framework to elevate the personal brands of leadership and team members.

  • Provide training/resources for authentic storytelling.

Market Research & Consumer Insights

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on users, prospects, and churned customers.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Digital Marketing Excellence

  • Drive acquisition and retention via SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.).

  • Optimize campaigns with CAC, CLTV, and ROI metrics.

Community Building

  • Co-lead online community building across three stakeholders: teens, parents, and professionals.

  • Create engagement templates for each group.

  • Focus on real community building (not just Instagram followers).


Qualifications


  • 1–3 years relevant experience.

  • Proven track record of hyperscaling or creating content IPs.

  • High agency and ownership mindset.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and data-driven.

  • Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments.

  • Willing to roll up sleeves—from interacting with students to pitching corporates.

  • Open to mentorship and coaching.

  • First-principles thinker with cross-industry lens.

Compensation

  • Fixed: Up to INR 7 LPA (for the right candidate)
