We are a Canada-based design and branding agency serving clients across North America and the Middle East, and we are looking for a skilled Brand Identity Designer based in India to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you will work directly on projects for international clients primarily in the US, Canada, and Dubai. You will be expected to understand the cultural nuances, market aesthetics, and consumer expectations of these regions - designing brand identities that resonate with Western and Gulf audiences, not just local sensibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design logos, color palettes, typography systems, and comprehensive brand guidelines tailored to international markets

• Develop brand assets for digital and print use, including social media, packaging, pitch decks, and marketing collateral

• Research and understand industry trends and visual standards across the US, Canadian, and UAE markets

• Collaborate remotely with our Canada-based team and communicate directly with international clients

• Present design concepts clearly and professionally in English, incorporating client feedback efficiently

• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and touchpoints

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in brand identity or graphic design

• A portfolio that demonstrates work aligned with international (Western/Gulf) aesthetics - not just local Indian market styles

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Figma is a strong plus)

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and cross-cultural design sensibilities.

• Excellent written and spoken English for client-facing communication

• Comfortable working in IST hours with overlap availability for Canada/Dubai time zones

• Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently in a remote setup

This is a remote position based in India, working with an international client base. Compensation will be discussed based on experience and skillset.
