Project Objective : To build the complete visual and design identity for B Lean, a new-age health and indulgence brand. B Lean is the premium health-focused extension of Mahak Group, a leading FMCG confectionery company in India with a 30-year legacy.

Scope of Work :

Responsible for developing the brand’s creative direction from the ground up—including core identity, packaging systems, and digital presence.

Brand Identity -

Develop logo, color palette, typography, icon system, and brand motifs.

Create a visual moodboard & identity direction aligned with innovation, health, and aspiration.

Packaging Design

Design premium packaging concepts for multiple product formats.

Build a cohesive packaging architecture with mockups and material/finish recommendations.

Brand Language & Guidelines

Create the brand’s visual communication system for digital, social media, and retail.

Story & Positioning

Translate B Lean’s core values (health, indulgence, innovation) into visual storytelling.

Create key visual narratives that differentiate B Lean from mass brands.

Trend Integration

Reference global wellness and premium FMCG aesthetics to make the brand future-ready.
