The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Branding & Visual Designer to collaborate with us in shaping Levon’s new brand identity. The engagement will cover visual identity, packaging systems, and marketing assets — with the goal of delivering a cohesive, scalable brand system, and shape how a national brand looks, feels, and communicates.

Scope of Work

• Refinement of logo (primary, secondary, monogram, sound/animation)

• Comprehensive brand guidelines (typography, color, brand marks, patterns, illustrations, stationery)

• Packaging system: corrugated boxes, small-format boxes, sleeves, pouches, tapes, labels, carry bags

• Marketing & retail assets: catalogues, brochures, shopfront hoardings, posters, outdoor banners

• Digital layouts for Amazon Brand Store, Instagram, LinkedIn

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate from top design schools (NID, NIFT, MIT ID, Srishti) OR proven independent designer with strong branding portfolio

• Demonstrated experience in brand identity systems and packaging

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma and motion design skills a plus

• Strong storytelling ability and a systematic approach to brand design

• Comfortable collaborating with business and marketing teams
