Rhouve is a American-based clothing brand, rooted in thoughtful artistry and contemporary design. Our collections tell stories through modern silhouettes and elevated craftsmanship. We are seeking a designer who shares passion for creativity, quality, and storytelling through clothing.

The Clothing Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing designs for Rhouve’s collections, creating initial sketches. This role requires a strong eye for modern womenswear, the ability to merge structure with refined detailing, and an understanding of how story elements can be integrated into contemporary fashion.

You will work closely with the founders to bring each “Chapter” collection to life, ensuring alignment with Rhouve’s brand philosophy, identity, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Research inspirations, and references aligned with Rhouve’s chapter-based storytelling.

• Sketch and render garment designs (unisex shirts & women's dresses) with attention to detail.

Collaboration

• Work with the founders on design direction

Trend & Market Awareness

• Stay updated on contemporary trends, materials, and techniques.

• Balance creative storytelling with commercial viability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 0–2 years of experience as a fashion/clothing designer (womenswear experience strongly preferred).

• Strong sketching and rendering skills (by hand or digital tools such as Adobe Illustrator, CLO3D, or Procreate).

• Technical understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabrics.

• Creative thinker with an eye for detail, structure, and elevated design.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
