Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our clients show up, visually and strategically. You’ll turn ideas into work that not only looks good, but actually works.

Your Day-to-Day

Design & execution

• Create a wide range of assets: social content, ads, sales collateral, pitch decks, and more

• Adapt designs across formats while keeping things consistent and sharp

Brand consistency

• Help build and maintain brand systems and guidelines

• Make sure everything feels cohesive, no matter the touchpoint

Cross-team collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, strategy, and sales teams

• Understand the “why” behind the work, not just the “what”

Client interaction

• Join client conversations when needed

• Present your work clearly, take feedback well, and iterate fast

What Makes You Stand Out

• 3+ years of experience in graphic/communication design

• A strong, well-rounded portfolio

• Someone who thinks beyond aesthetics and cares about impact

• Comfortable with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma

• Clear communicator who can explain decisions

• Able to handle multiple projects without losing attention to detail

Bonus Skills

• Motion / animation skills

• Agency experience

• Basic understanding of UX/UI and how it connects to branding
