At Tova Haus, a Communication Designer helps turn ideas, strategies, and stories into clear, thoughtful visual communication. This role is about more than just making things look good-it’s about helping brands speak in a way that feels intentional, consistent, and true to who they are. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and team to bring brand thinking to life across social media, presentations, websites, and other brand touchpoints.

What you’ll do

You’ll design visuals for social media posts, brand decks, proposals, presentations, and other digital or print materials. This includes working with layouts, typography, colours, and imagery to create communication that is clear and easy to understand. You’ll take creative briefs and turn them into well-thought-out design, making sure each brand looks and feels consistent everywhere it shows up. You’ll also help organise files, prep designs for final delivery, and coordinate with copywriters, editors, and external partners when needed.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design and detail, who understands that good communication is about clarity as much as creativity. You should be curious, open to feedback, and willing to improve and refine your work. An interest in branding, storytelling, culture, and design is important, as is the ability to explain your design choices in simple terms. Being organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks is key.
