The Opportunity:

What you’ll do


  • Use and evolve Xflow’s brand language to design 

    • Website + Landing pages

    • Event branding + sales collaterals

    • Graphics and illustrations for social media + product

    • Other marketing collaterals

  • Ensure brand language, consistency and design direction is maintained for across deliverables

  • Have strong attention to detail and reasoning in their work.

  • Collaborate across design, marketing, product or more functions to align the deliverables to overarching business strategies.

  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, providing clear articulation to align on creative decisions.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous innovation and improvement in creative assets.


What We’re looking for

Experience & Skills

  • The following skills need to be in your portfolio

    • Web / landing page designs

    • Typography

    • Illustrations

    • Other graphic design work

  • Up to 7 years of experience preferably in a product organisation


AI as a Design Tool

We're excited about designers who see AI as an amplifier, not a threat. You should be:

  • Curious about AI tools and how they can speed up your work

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI for anything that helps you work smarter

  • Focused on judgment and craft - AI helps with execution, but your design thinking, taste, and decision-making are what matter
