Communication Designer (0–2 Years Experience)

We are looking for a Communication Designer who does not just design posts but enjoys building, experimenting, and telling stories around real products. If you like tinkering, DIY culture, electronics, or playful products, you will fit right in.

About OIMake (Makerverse)

OIMake is a Hyderabad-based tech toy company building DIY robotics kits and interactive products that turn play into hands-on, creative experiences powered by STEM. We are a small, fast-moving team with a strong maker mindset. We prototype, test, break, and rebuild constantly.

What You Will Do

• Create social media creatives that feel fresh, experimental, and product-first.

• Design high-conversion ad creatives for Amazon, Meta, and other platforms.

• Work on packaging design that stands out on shelves and online.

• Create product graphics such as stickers, manuals, visual instructions, and branding elements.

• Design website visuals, landing pages, and campaign assets.

• Collaborate closely with product builds and understand what you are designing for.

• Experiment with new styles, formats, and storytelling approaches instead of relying only on templates.

• Maintain brand consistency while still pushing creative boundaries.

What We Are Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in communication or graphic design.

• Strong skills in Photoshop and Canva. Figma is a plus.

• A portfolio that shows creativity, not just templates.

• Interest in toys, electronics, DIY, or maker culture.

• Willingness to experiment, iterate fast, and try unconventional ideas.

• Good aesthetic sense and understanding of what performs, not just what looks good.

• Someone who brings good energy to the team. Curious, proactive, and collaborative.

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹3–4 LPA (Based on experience and work)
