• Has a deep understanding of platforms and algorithms and stays ahead of change.

• Can guide creative teams with clear ideas and specific execution.

• Is confident pitching ideas to clients and open to feedback and the business context.

• Has a proven track record of launching and scaling consumer brands on social.
