We are looking for a Content Lead / Content Brain — someone who can own content from ideation to execution.

This is not a job where you are given a brief and simply asked to make a few posts. We want someone whose brain is constantly thinking about content. Someone who sees something interesting and immediately thinks, "Can this become content?"

From coming up with wild ideas to executing them, you will be involved in everything.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire content journey — from ideation to execution.

• Constantly research, observe trends, study brands, creators and the internet to find interesting content opportunities.

• Come up with concepts that people haven't seen 100 times already.

• Work closely with all stakeholders across the business to find stories, ideas and opportunities worth turning into content.

• Coordinate closely with our Social Media Manager and Video Editor to bring ideas to life.

• Sometimes get behind the camera and shoot things yourself when required.

• Plan, test and execute multiple content concepts continuously.

• Look at data, insights, engagement and reach to understand what is working and why.

• Double down on winners, learn from failures and keep experimenting.

• Help build a strong organic content engine across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter/X.

Our Content Philosophy

We believe organic content is our engagement and reach generator.

Paid advertising is different. Ads are our revenue generator, and the thinking behind them needs to be different too.

We are open to founder videos, product videos, storytelling, experiments and all sorts of creative ideas — but we are not looking to make the same usual GRWM, generic lifestyle or copy-paste D2C ads that everybody is already doing.

Our Inspiration

We respect brands like Gully Labs and Desi Minimals and the way they have consistently built themselves through social media. They are competitors in the market, but we genuinely respect good work. We want to build our own strong content engine with the same consistency — but with our own voice, personality and crazy ideas.

What We Have

We now have an in-house studio and an office-in-residence setup in Kolkata, which means we can think, create, shoot and test fast.

The goal is simple: we want to grow organically, and we want to experiment aggressively.

If an idea sounds crazy but has potential, we want to test it.

We can do and test as many concepts as possible.

The Challenge

We are a 3-year-old brand, and we have recently set up our second office-in-residence in Kolkata.

We currently have around 10K followers.
