Good Earth is a boutique, design-first company in Bengaluru, focused on creating sustainable communities. For decades we've built homes and neighbourhoods around community, craft and the land they sit on.

The role

We're looking for a fresher with a strong design sense who is full of ideas and wants to run content and social media end to end: coming up with the idea, designing it, shooting and editing it, and getting it out into the world. You'll work on everything from an Instagram reel to a full ad campaign, and spend time on site with the people who build and live in our neighbourhoods.

What you'll do

• Plan and run our social media and content calendar, and help plan campaigns

• Pitch content ideas for social, the website, newsletters, events and ad campaigns

• Design social creatives, carousels, posters, invites, presentations and print pieces

• Shoot and edit short-form video and photos for social

• Coordinate with our sales, design, site and community teams to gather content and approvals

• Prepare files for print, outdoor and digital ads, and help roll them out

• Help set up in-house workflows and shape how Good Earth looks and sounds

Who you are

• A design background is preferred: a degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication or communication design, or experience in an allied field like architecture, photography, film or media (final-year students welcome)

• A strong eye for layout, type, colour and composition

• Comfortable with Canva, Figma or Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), plus basic video editing

• Full of ideas, organised, and good at keeping many tasks and people on track

• Can write a clear caption or headline in English (Kannada, Hindi or Malayalam is a bonus)

• Cares about design, nature and community
