Job Overview

We are seeking a Content Writer with 0-2 years of experience to join our onsite team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting compelling, engaging, and impactful content that enhances brand identity and drives audience engagement. You’ll lead content creation projects across diverse industries, contribute to brand storytelling, and shape the future of communication with innovative narratives.

Job Location

Onsite in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Job Timings

Standard India working hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday).

Experience and Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of the English language.

- Ability to create engaging content for digital and print media, including blogs, social media, websites, marketing materials, and brand assets.

- Familiarity with brand voice, tone, and storytelling principles.

- Strong research skills to develop content aligned with industry trends and audience needs.

- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and openness to constructive feedback.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.

- A portfolio showcasing writing samples (academic, personal, or professional) is highly desirable.

What You’ll Do

- Create compelling and high-quality content for digital and print media, including blogs, social media posts, website copy, marketing materials, and branding assets.

- Develop content strategies, narratives, and messaging that align with brand identity and business goals.

- Collaborate with marketing teams, designers, and stakeholders to craft cohesive brand stories.

- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.

- Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging content strategies.

- Adapt content based on feedback to enhance engagement and impact.

- Experiment with new content formats, styles, and techniques to push creative boundaries.

- Stay updated with content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot) is a plus.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is advantageous.

- Experience with scriptwriting, video content, or technical writing is a plus.
