We’re looking for a Visual Designer who thinks in UX and interactions, and can set a clear visual directions for a digital product interfaces — look and feel of interfaces, components, typography, motion, and icons— so the visual design work feels native to a digital experiences. 
You’ll collaborate with UX/interaction designers to shape a few select demo flows later in the engagement.



Note: this is not a traditional graphic, brand or print & media role.


Scope:
8–10 weeks More vision-setting and defining a “north star” experience; less heavy product execution. Will be working along side dedicated UX and interaction designers.


Must-Haves:

• Strong eye for visual design and interaction design ( Ideally previous digital product experience)

• Fluent in Figma ( UI animation experience is a plus)

• Portfolio that aligns with the benchmark case studies (link will be shared; please reach out only if your skillset overlaps)



Compensation:
~$7,000 final compensation will be based on craft and skill level (visual, animation, art direction…)


Timeline:
staring January (flexible within the month)


Location:
Remote work based in PST (collaboration across time zones is fine)
