About the Role

Beanly is looking for a Content & Social Media Strategist who can help build the brand across digital platforms and café experiences through strong copy, well-planned campaigns, and meaningful collaborations.

This is a creative + execution-focused role that bridge that brings the comms teams together with clear communication, storytelling and timelines.

You’ll work closely with the communications lead, design, video, and PR/collab partners to bring ideas to life.

What You Will Do

Content & Copywriting

• Write for social media posts, campaign scripts, product launches, newsletters and café menus.

• Ensure the brand’s messaging stays consistent across platforms and cafés.

Campaign Support & Planning

• Assist in planning seasonal campaigns (new menus, café launches, product drops).

• Build and maintain a content calendar in coordination with the communications lead.

• Work with design + video to ensure timely delivery.

  
  

Influencers & Collaborations

• Coordinate with creators, influencers and partner brands (briefs, timelines, deliverables)

• Work with the PR team/agency for seeding and campaign amplification.

On-Camera & Content Assistance

• Comfortable scripting reels, being part of shoots or appearing on camera if required.

• Assist video team with concept notes, shoot planning and captions.

You’re a Good Fit If You Have:

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, social media or brand storytelling.

• A portfolio of past work or an idea bank - campaigns, captions, scripts, blogs, brand work etc.

• Experience working with design/video teams (basic understanding of content workflows).

• Ability to plan, organize and follow timelines.

• Interest in café culture, lifestyle content or consumer brands is a plus.
