Tools & Execution

• Comfortable with Photoshop / Canva

• Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

• Basic video editing understanding is a plus

• You understand hooks, retention, and thumb-stop moments

• You can break down winning creatives and rebuild them

• You think in volume — multiple angles, not one “perfect ad”

Creative Direction

• You can plan and execute shoots end-to-end
