We’re looking for a Creative Designer and Social Media Editor — a mastermind who knows how to turn ideas into engaging visuals. From editing high-energy Reels to designing captivating marketing materials and sleek packaging, you’ll be the one shaping how the world sees our brand.

As our go-to creative force, you’ll be at the front line of our digital + design universe. From shooting and editing Reels that pop, to designing marketing collaterals and packaging that people want to keep — you’ll shape how the world sees our new brand MaVi and Dr. Manika Khanna across every platform, screen, and touchpoint.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to take ideas from vision → visuals — whether that’s a big social media campaign, a marketing creative push, or a powerful storytelling moment online.

The ideal candidate should have an intuition and creative bent of their own so they can work independently without excessive supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, other social media, and promotional use.

• Design high quality graphics and creative materials such as posters, brochures, social media posts, and presentations.

• Design packaging and brand collateral

• Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to conceptualize visual ideas.

• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining creativity and quality.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects, CapCut or similar).

• Strong social media experience

• Young and modern marketing brain

• Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and other design tools.

• Knowledge of color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.

• Motion Graphics, Colour Grading, AI for Editing

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.
