Job Overview

We are seeking a Creative Designer with 0-2 years of experience to join our onsite team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting visually compelling designs and enhancing brand identity. You’ll lead creative projects across diverse industries, contribute to brand storytelling, and shape the future of visual communication with innovative designs.

Job Location

Onsite in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Job Timings

Standard India working hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday).

Experience and Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Skills

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or Sketch.

- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions for marketing, branding, and user engagement.

- Familiarity with branding principles, color theory, and visual storytelling.

- Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills.

- Experience with motion graphics, illustrations, animations, or 3D visuals is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and openness to constructive feedback.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.

- A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic, personal, or professional) is highly desirable.

What You’ll Do

- Design intuitive and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and branding assets.

- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling elements aligned with brand identity.

- Create high-quality illustrations, animations, and motion graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and Canva.

- Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.

- Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain a strong visual identity across platforms.

- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

- Adapt designs based on feedback to enhance engagement and impact.

- Research design trends, color theory, typography, and emerging creative technologies.

- Experiment with new design styles, techniques, and visual effects to push creative boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is advantageous.

- Experience with 3D design tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, or similar.
