Job Overview

We are looking for a Creative Designer who can bring fresh, innovative ideas to life through compelling visuals. You will be responsible for crafting engaging designs across various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and a strong visual identity. You need to have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling through design, and a flair for creativity.

Job Timings

Flexible timings with partial overlap with U.S. Timezone.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or Sketch

• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions for marketing, branding, and user engagement

• Familiarity with branding principles, color theory, and visual storytelling

• Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills

• Develop motion graphics, illustrations, animations or 3D visuals (if applicable)

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take constructive feedback

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

• A portfolio showcasing design projects, academic or personal, is a plus

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and branding assets

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling elements that align with brand identity

• Create high-quality illustrations, animations, and motion graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and Canva

• Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life

• Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain a strong visual identity across all platforms

• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies

• Adapt designs based on feedback and refine them to enhance engagement and impact

• Research and stay updated on design trends, color theory, typography, and emerging creative technologies

• Experiment with new design styles, techniques, and visual effects to push creative boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is advantageous

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is a plus

• Experience with 3D design tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, or similar
