You will be responsible for crafting engaging designs across various digital , ensuring brand consistency and a strong visual identity. You need to have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling through design, and a flair for creativity.

Experience and Qualifications

● Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.

● Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Skills

● Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or Sketch.

● Ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions for marketing, branding, and user engagement.

● Familiarity with branding principles, color theory, and visual storytelling.

● Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills.

● Develop motion graphics, illustrations, animations or 3D visuals (if applicable).

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.

● Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

● A portfolio showcasing design projects, academic or personal, is a plus

What You’ll Do

● Design intuitive and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and branding assets.

● Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling elements that align with brand identity.

● Create high-quality illustrations, animations, and motion graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and Canva.

● Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.

● Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain a strong visual identity across all platforms.

● Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. Adapt designs based on feedback and refine them to enhance engagement and impact.

● Research and stay updated on design trends, color theory, typography, and emerging creative technologies.

● Experiment with new design styles, techniques, and visual effects to push creative boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications

● Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is advantageous.

● Stay Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is a plus.

● Experience with 3D design tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, or similar.
