What You’ll Do

You’ll be the visual brain behind Adstringo’s marketing engine — executing everything from stunning infographics to digital campaigns. You’ll take ideas and turn them into visuals that make people stop scrolling.

• Design creative assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

• Build motion graphics & short video clips using Blender / After Effects.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns and digital launches.

• Manage website updates, email templates, and visual consistency.

• Work with marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.

• Test and iterate based on analytics — create visuals that convert.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong grasp of design fundamentals — layout, color, typography, motion.

• Hands-on with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Blender.

• Bonus if you know basic video editing / animation / web design.

• Self-starter who loves experimenting and shipping work fast.

Salary: ₹25K–₹35K/month (based on skillset) + performance bonus
