Role Summary
As a creative designer, your role is to translate Sipwise’s product and brand story into stunning visuals—across videos, designs, and digital assets. You’ll bring creative firepower and precision to everything from Instagram reels to website banners to Amazon creatives.
You should have a solid creative foundation, strong visual storytelling ability, and hands-on proficiency in both motion and static design. This is not just an editing job — this is a core creative position where your output directly impacts how customers experience our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
Edit UGC, influencer, and in-house clips into sharp, engaging short-form content (ads/reels/product videos)
Add subtitles, transitions, music, and effects that match Sipwise’s brand tone
Repurpose long-form videos into modular ad assets (15s/30s/60s)
Create product explainer videos, teaser trailers, and launch content
Static & Motion Design
Design high-conversion ad creatives for Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Develop carousels, story visuals, banners, and product showcase posts
Design website graphics, landing page sections, and in-app visuals
Create motion graphics to highlight product features and enhance storytelling
Creative Collaboration
Work with copywriters, marketers, and performance teams to align visuals with messaging
Format creatives per platform specifications and performance insights
Adapt creative direction across channels while maintaining brand consistency
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
3+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design (both skills are mandatory)
Strong portfolio that showcases work across motion and static mediums
Prior agency experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Technical Skills
Expert in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Comfortable with Figma for layout, design adaptation, and cross-collaboration
Understanding of ad creative performance and platform design best practices
Attributes

Can take feedback constructively and turn ideas into polished execution

Creative turnaround time and output quality
Performance of creatives in paid campaigns (CTR, engagement)

Ability to handle volume and maintain creative excellence
